Moon Milk

This dreamy potion is used in Ayurvedic traditions as a remedy for sleeplessness. With beautiful adaptogenic herbs and ayurvedic spices, Mermaid Latte lends itself perfectly, however any of our lattes would work beautifully with the addition of some adaptogenic herbs.


Ingredients

1/4 tsp whole vanilla bean scraped, or vanilla powder or paste

1 cup nut milk of your choice

1 tsp Coconut Oil

1 tsp Maple Syrup

Optional: Dried rose petals

 

PRODUCTS

1 tsp Mermaid Latte

 


1. Place 1 cup of milk, Mermaid Latte, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla bean in a saucepan a simmer until warm, whisking vigorously to infuse. 

2. Pour into your favourite cup, top with dried rose petals and enjoy.
